how do i join small mp3' into a large one?

is there anyway to make one large mp3 file out of 20 small ones?
they would probably have to be uncompressed into .wav first, but is there a program that would join them all so it would continuously play (like a crossfaded mix)?

You'll need a good audio and mp3 software.

to me it's best to covert the mp3 to wave, then back to mp3

there are much more tools to edit wave files than mp3 files

why not create a .m3u file (a mp3 playlist). Most players support the format, and you don't need to dish out any money for the software.

DOS is CERTAINLY not dead !

I've just finished building an MP3 player from old PC bits and it runs entirely from DOS. NEVER crashes, boots in seconds, plays Video CD's, MP3's, you name it and someone has made a DOS utility to do it ! Old Skool
take a look at some real hardware mods:

Burn as an audio CD using track at once (in Nero Express just check box to remove space between tracks). Then rip the track as an mp3 file.
