    Boot from CD ROM Possible?

My bios has various options of which drive to boot from. One of the options is CD. I would like to have an emergency CD and to be able to boot from it. How do you do it? Nero states that you cannot have a Boot CD. Are there any tricks to making a boot CD?

you can make a bootable cd with nero.

when you make a new disk, scroll down the list on the left until you see CD-ROM (boot).

yes i like the OLD nero interface better, the new one is toooo... tooo.. gay... too novice...

I like the old one where you control everything manually.

You know what i mean, that gayish XP interface.

BTW - if you have the windows setup disc (from win 98SE and onwards), they will act as a boot disk, so use that and save yourself the trouble of creating one
