    NVIDIA NV3x Architecture Sneak Peek

The question is will it be able to take on the Radeon 9700.

this thing, when implemented properly, should blow anything existing out of the water.especially with the higher clock speeds.

but what ordinary home gamer will need the speed? I play diablo 1, sports car GT, HDRAA, and i've played some of the later games like UT on my GF2mx400 with no problems.

corrupted- Yes mabey you can but they dont look as good as they would on a Geforce 3/4 You probaby cant put those FPS at high res or high details. I understand were you are coming for but some games need it. Seen an screens f Doom, that wil be one Graphics card eater.

is not MATRIX new card, it's MATROX!

and yes it so far is not fast enough to catch up to a ATI 8500 much less nVidia 4600

I'll like to see some actual render screen shots, and some bench marks.

to compare picture by picture to the 9700 and see if this new nvidia has 128 bit color.

    FPS is irrelevant.
