    USB and RFI/EMI

We are having a discussion on another board about using the M-Audio Sonica, an external USB "sound card".
    http://www.midiman.net/

The question is about reducing the possibility of EMI/RFI from the computer. Would using an external USB hub (mine is connected to the UPS) reduce the possibility of interference?
One concern is that, since the USB hub does not have a three-prong grounding plug, it is still subject to interference from the computer.

Any insights will be greatly appreciated.
