    Pc not booting

    hi
    this happens usually when i press the reset button bcos my pc hangs and nothings responding.
    i have windows 98 se installed

    during restarting the windows logo comes.
    the next screen a message appears.

    WHILE INITIALIZING DEVICE CONFIGMG:
    WINDOWS PROTECTION ERROR.YOU NEED TO RESTART YOUR COMPUTER.
