Unless they are giving you problems, you don't really need to change irqs. what os are you running?
running win 98se..im not too sure if it is them but the system is running wierd..it seems to lag up now and then
also it lists 3 acpi irq holders for pci irq steering all on different irq #'s..is this normal? and it has 2 bus master ide controllers..is this from having 2 hard drives? thanks for your help!

irq holders are normal. you have 2 controllers listed for your primary and secondary IDE channels.
it might be irq problems, but usually they manifest themselves pretty obviously. check your device manager and see if your cards are both running properly. if they are, then you should probably look somewhere else for the problem. sometimes, you can't change the irq, since windows restricts it. you can move the cards to different slots and see if that helps.
to change irqs, you would go into system properties - device manager. click on the hardware you want to change then click properties. the irq settings are in the resources tab.
i think i found the problem...i'm pretty sure its the power supply
i just noticed when it lags the system fan seems to slow down also
it's a deer power supply , i heard somewhere they are pretty crappy
thanks for the help!
