    overclocking, voltage?

I just began overclocking, upped a bit of my fsb and tweak around with my video card. I need some help on voltage settings, I don't understand how to set those and I'm not sure what they do as far as what they increase, can someone explain?

The voltage if you have to take it that fair id leave your clock right where it is. If you are messing with an Athlon the fsb isnt the best overclock to try. If a Pentium you are using fsb overclocking might be affective. I can usualy get like 200 more mhz out of my athlon xp 1700+ without having to change and voltage. Now my friend burned up somthing in his board when he jumped his voltage. Be carefull there is allways a risk

    I have:

    ABIT KR7A motherboard
    Athlon XP 1800 (retail)
    Crucial PC2100 RAM
    WD 40gb Hard Drive
    Radeon 8500 64mb (retail)

so what can change besides fsb did you make on your xp 1700? multiplier? I can't seem to get that working through bios
