1.4Ghz Athlon [returned!] and sandra2002

Hey guys. My system seems to be fixed with the recent installation of windows xp! no random restarts...although winxp is rather buggy (no restarts though ). Anyways, i was running sandra2002 and i got interesting results. Turns out my Athlon 1.4Ghz Tbird performs on par with a Athlon XP 1600+. What is up with those results?

AXP 1600+ is a 1.4 GHz chip.

ah... i now understand. at the amd website it says that an athlon xp 1600+ can perform > a p4 1.6ghz. And that is what it does. And so does mine. I get ya.

My slightly overclocked Tbird 1.4Ghz @ 1.57Ghz returns a rating of a PR2100+. So why buy an XP?.... I STILL WANT ONE!!!!
