    Poor Video Performance-HELP

Hello. I have a problem with my video card that won’t show the complete screen in Day of Defeat until I get within a certain distance of certain objects. See the attached screen shot. My system specs are as follows:

    Dell XPS_T500 => Powerleap 1.2GHz
OS Dual Boot Win 98/Win 2k
    512 MB RAM
    BIOS A11
Geforce Ti4200, 128 MB DDR RAM
    Turtle Beach Montego I A3D
    Cnet Pro200 ethernet
Matrox Ultra ATA 100 IDE Controller
    Toshiba DVD M-1202
    HP 9100i CD-RW
    Linksys 4 port router
    Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer
    Dell M780 monitor
    HP Officejet 710

I have the latest video card drivers: Detonator XP 29.42
I have tried re-installing the game, re-installing the card, and even re-formatting with no help. I have also tried adjusting my Monitor settings with Riva Tuner to no avail. If someone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Is there a Distance setting in the game. A lot of times the games will have this setting for people who have slower video cards and want faster performance. Does it happen in any other game?

I haven't noticed it in any other games. When I first installed the Video Card, I didn't have the problem. After my Hard drive took a dump and I replaced it, this problem showed up. Here are my settings:
    1024x768, 32 Bit 85 Hz

Thanks for the help. I ended up by messing with the Open GL settings and 3D. Everything is working great now.
