Who knows why?
The school of hard knocks has led me in different directions...starting in 95' with a Pentium 100(Starion PC)proprietary garbage....00' led me to a decent DFI AK74EC board with 800MHZ Duron CPU...3 days ago I bought a Gigabyte GA7ZXE board with a 1800 XP CPU....I'm trashing the board as you read this and am considering an IWILL XP333, Shuttle AK35GTR or a Soyo Dragon......just as long as it isn't Pentium directed in cpu nature or tendencies. Gigabyte boards seem decent but, no online help(period) or manual readings reveal the jumper settings on board to change bus speeds. In other words my rocket engine deserves better than a Connestoga wagon to get it over the internet superhighway...lol! I may even go back to DFI for a board.
Thanx for the pressure relief valve.
