Making divx on cd Autorun..................

is there anyway to create a cd with a divx movie (or mpeg) autorun in windows when inserted. so you do not have to double click the file to play?


ie. can an .inf file be created in notepad to start the avi file or an mpeg file?

and if so what would you need to write to make it work?

I would head to www.downloads.com and download one of the autorun menu creators. That way you can make a program that either installs the DivX player onto machines, or allows the user to play the movie.
You could probably create an inf file, just look at one of your CD's with autorun already on and copy it.
