Elpina 9803 V3.2A, time to upgrade BIOS?

Dear Group: The baord has PII 300MHz CPU, and AMIBIOS 686 (c) 1995 BG73944 chip on it. Running Windows 98, I installed a D-Link Wireless PCI adapter, the system just could not recognize the PCI adapter. (Instead of replacing the MB), Is the BIOS too old, and I should try to upgrade BIOS? Where can I get the utility to do that? TIA.

Please identify the mainboard. "Elpina 9803" is not - that's the production plant and YYMM date of when the board _material_ was made. Your car ain't a Goodyear 205/65-15 either.
