Which cd rom should I buy?
I found the following cd roms on pricewatch.com all under $50. But I do not know anything about cdrom manufacters. These are cd roms I was looking at
BTC 44X EIDE
Actima 44X EIDE
JCCOM 44X EIDE
US DRIVES 44X EIDE.
Do you know which companies sell reliable cdroms and which ones are crapy companies that make bad cdroms? Which one do you recommend?
thanks,
mattrick

I agree with Virx about the Pioneer and Creatives drives. Other good ones are Sanyo and Aopen.
At www.mwave.com there is a 40X Aopen under the specials for $43.
