That's not bad at all for what you have and the speed you are running. These are with a Gforce 3 Not the TI, the first one.

Your system is almost identical to mine? Your scores kill mine! The only difference is your FSB:112 compaired to my 100FSB.?

    Pentium 4 1.8GHz
    256 PC800 Samsung RDRAM
    Asus GF3 TI-500
    Barricuda 40GB HD

    Score:7387

    He is running at 112x18=2016MHz

    You are running 100x18=1800MHz

So his CPU is running 216MHz faster than yours, thats why his scores are higher.

    Sweeper,

My system Specs for my P4

    P4 1.8A @ 2.3GHz 18x127 w/turbo on
    Abit TH711 Motherboard
    512mb PC800 RDRAM
    GForce 4 TI 4400
    WD 60g HD 7200rpm
    Sondblaster Live 5.1

I was getting 8208 with my Standard Gforce3 (Not the TI), but my CPU is running 500MHz faster than yours. Your TI500 is alot better than my old Gforce 3.

I was in the mid 7000 with out my CPU overclocked... I think it was like 7654. I am just really impressed with it. I am going to get some more out of it. I have to get a new HD cause my ATA66 wont let me overclock too high. Also I have to get some new heatsinks for my video memory before I try to go higher with it. Also thinking about relplacing my cystal orb with a Cooljag 1U cooler.

Just curious, my case has a 250w power supply? Shouldn't it be atleast 300w? I haven't been able to overclock the card very well. Hmmm... wonder if the PSU could be a little weak for the system....? I am assuming overclocking a video card would consume a reasonable amount of power?

    rlemieux,

My Gforce 3 was always alittle on the slow side, never could figure it out till I changed to my Gforce 4 TI 4400.

My Voltage would jump all over the place when I had the GForce 3 in the Systems. When I changed cards they became very stable. So maybe my GForce 3 was defective in some way.

Yeh a 250w PSU is alittle weak for your system. Get a 400w or better, you will notice the difference.

I recommend at least 400w min for your system, but get a good one like an Enermax, don't skimp on a power supply ever. They are not cheap, but they are worth every penny and they last forever.

    I have 2 Enermax PSU's, a 431w, and 550w.

That's what I thought too, but it doesn't matter now. I have my GForce 4 TI 4400. Maybe I will RMA it.
