    3D Mark 2001 loses focus?

Hi, I am having a problem Madonion. When I go to load the program, I get an error message saying that the display window has lost focus and stable benchmarking can't be done. I went to Madonion's support site but no answers there? I used to get this problem on my other computer, but a re-boot would fix it. That isn't working now though. Everything else works great, games too. Here is the run-down:

    XP1700+ retail
    Asus A7A266 bios 1010
    256 megs Kingston 2100 DDR
    Maxtor 30 gig 7200 ata 100
Hercules Geforce 2 GTS with 27.10 drivers
    Sound Blaster PCI 128
    XP Pro
    No overclocking

    Thanks Ted

    Yeah man,

This error comes up when the 3DMark window loses focus because another window has become active.

This happens if, for example, you run 3DMark when you have any other window open (eg explorer), and when you start running the benchmark, try and maximise/activate the other window.

3DMark will complain that it isn't the only program running, and that you should close all other programs, as richard_cocks suggested.

I found out the problem, I didn't have the Nvidia refresh rate fix installed, when the benchmark started the refresh rate was changing and causing 3d Mark to **** out.
