    gateway astro CPU upgrade

    I have a gateway astro all in one with an intel 810 chipset built with a celeron 400mhz/ 66mhz FSB. I know the intel 810 will sometimes recognize and run a Pentium 3 at 100mhz fsb with auto recognition.
    Anyone know if this works with the gateway model?
    Gateway couldn't/wouldn't tell me.

    the mainboard is OEM gatway but has the intel 810 chipset with built in video and audio and one dimm slot (like intels 810emu)
    i have only the controller numbers for the video/audio they are standard for the 810 cchipset, with different technical (read letters) identifiing them
