    az31 mobo and t-bird 1.2 ghz

recently i bought on the web a mobo fic-az31 .In the specs it is written that this mobo can take cpu as fast as 1.3ghz but when i looked at manufacturer website (fic) , this mobo can take just 1ghz cpu. Who's right? Does my 1.2 t-bird ghz will work on this board?
thanks and have a good day

This is from FIC's FAQ's page

Q: What is the Max CPU I can use. I have an AZ31 Board and I am currently using an AMD Duron 800, I would like to upgrade the CPU as I find it slow when doing my Graphics work.

A: Up to 1.3Ghz AMD Athlon with FSB of 200Mhz. On 1.4Ghz 200Mhz FSB CPUs, AMD has blocked users from overclocking and this prevents some of FIC's current products such as AD11, AZ31, AZ11EA, AZ11E, AZ11 from support it. However, FIC boards including AD11 and AZ11EA DO support 1.4GHz AMD Athlons at 266Mhz.
Note: AMD Athlon bus speeds for Double Data Rate(DDR) memory transfers run at 100/133MHz, for an effective 200/266MHz transfer rate.
