Borrowed a copy of Ontrack EasyRecovery 5.0 and it recovered 100% of the files to a new 80GB HD!!! That software sure worked for me. Just need to make a few new folders and we're set. :D

Another 80GB drive works fine in its place which kinda rules out PS or cables. BTW it's a 450W supply in this machine. I just need a good recovery program.
