Well, a bit more tweaking and this is what I got. Took out a stick of memory, boosted FSB to 150, memory to 200 and AGP and PCI to 66Mhz and 33Mhz respectively.

I have done the BIOS tweak. On a 9500 PRO. Increased my
3DMARK2001SE score by 1400 points, 12214 to 13637.
Still have room for more, bring it up slowly.
