I dont think,that the pci-e version will be faster than the ago version, because

1. modern graphics cards dont even utilize the agp. you cannot even really tell a difference in benchmarks betwenn...

and also make sure, that v-sync is turned off.

the best refresh rates that all new graphics cards should support should be just the maximum, which doesnt exceed the maximum RAMDAC-clock, which is 400MHz on alle newer consumer graphics cards. So...
