IIRC, Nvidia is currently using an PCI-E-->AGP bridge chip, while all of Ati's current PCI-E lineup are native PCI-E. Despite this, from what little i've seen thus far, AGP is still marginally faster...

I didnt say the gap was particular big (indeed, if you'll look above you'll see i explicitly state the fact that the gap is small), however, it is a gap none the less.

In the majority of casers a 9600 XT (or Pro for that matter) is faster (IMO not enough to warrant the purchase though - the R9800 Pro woudl have represented better value for money)than a Ti4600,...
