MASTER SLAVE AND CABLE SELECT
i have tried both connectors of the cable too
and i have also swapped cables....
I have tired 80 and 40...

256 Meg Dimm - IBM , but sombody toldme they dont make
Dimms. But it says IBM on it with a silver plating
thing covering...

So what must i do now?

It tells me i can turn off my machine basically. I dont know the exact message because i am not at home now, but it says it is all clear. I dont have corruption problems or stupid messages...

Thanks for the HINT , what i mean is that my machine doesnt actually turn off everything inclusing the power supply and stuff? maybe i have not waited long enough... i dont know...
