yes, those are driver issues..
as stable as WinXP Pro is, it really works best with brand new hardware. Soundblaster Live! cards have always been trouble but my Audigy has run perfectly...

ok...I think I found what the Turbo1 setting does..
it sets the pci/agp at 36/72 even at 100fsb. this certainly helps me reach higher/stable OC...

I'm not sure where you live but the Audigy series is priced just the same as the Live! series was....at least in the USA.
I paid $199.99 for my Audigy Platinum and retail versions of Audigy MP3+...

I have the Platinum version. I make music myself but don't use the supplied software all the time. You can use other software like Cool Edit....
I just hook up my Groovebox...startup an audio...
