I down loaded a bios update that has messed up my computers ability to see my 3d card.All I want to do is go to my previous BIOS setting. Reflash it I guess? How do I do this???

Sorry I am not very computer knowledgable. How do you re- flash the bios. I went to the sites you suggested and although they were informative, I think I am more confused than I was before.
