Does anyone know of a program that allows me to burn .mpg, .avi and such to a CD and then play it in my DVD player? Im looking for a good program, weather i have to buy it or not, but freeware would...

I have a .BIN file and the matching .CUE file. I tried to open the cue file with fireburner and it worked fine it opened the matching bin file and i was on my way to burning it which was the program...
