Is the system acting sluggish after it's booted all the way up? If so then check the virtual memory settings - if you changed it from "Let Windows manage the virtual memory" (or the like)...

I hope you are not serious - that file practically *is* the content of your hard drive!
You must have compressed your drive and would lose all your data (if Windows allowed you to delete the file)...
