I had a problem with random reboots when on line with a gigabyte system I built. I ended up moving the pci modem to another slot and it works fine now.

Could you give us more info about your computer and printer? What type of ram ( crucial, generic... ), what type of motherboard, Abit, Asus, ect..., what type of printer HP, ect...?

If you have a pci modem try moving it to a different slot.

I had a problem with random re-boots with a gigabyte board every time I went on line. I moved the modem to a different pci slot and solved the problem. Maybe try moving you pci cards around?

I'm not going to be much help here, as I have little experience with NIC. Have you tried moving the card to another pci slot? Maybe swap it with a sound card?
