Hello, my Aunt owns an HP Computer with Windows 10. The Hard Drive on this computer is damaged. I reinstalled Windows 7 on a new hard drive, but can not connect to the internet. And she does not have a drivers cd. How do locate the drivers for this Computer ? I do have model and serial number...
Hit the HP site and under support as you have the needed info, you can download the drivers.
Heck as it had Win 10 on it down load the ISO, legal, make the dvd or USB and put back on. It will activate when it hits the internet.
Thanks Train, it came with Windows 7 and she upgraded to 10. I just had a look at drivers, if the computer can not connect to the i ternet that's a network driver I am looking for ?
Need the make and model of the HP.
