Is there performance difference?
Or any other differences?

The Venice core is the newest, and includes a few more feature sets such as the main SSE3 instructions. They also overclock liek no ones business. Theyre the reccomended purchase, and IIRC only a couple of quid more expensive than the older cored equivalent CPU's.
