Installation of Secure Zone on Win7-64-system-HDD-

Installed my first Win7-64 on 2TB HDD on a 200gb-partition instead of using SSD since i only learned later that i had to switch to slower second channel my planned SSD-system-disk.
2TB has only 200gb systempartition enabled. remaining space is untouched.
Want now setting up remaining space. dont know yet how many and how big these partitions should be.
When i set up the whole drive on other winxp-system Trueimage established by default a 200mb-secure zone.
Will this be set the same way-without any steps on my behalf: first partition already setup on this bootdrive.
Want to backup 256 gb SSD Win764 to one of the partitions which i will have to setup first.
Which is the right free partionmanager in this case? Thanks a lot
