140W-AMD-processor Phenom II x not listed in CPU-supportlist-ASR-alive-dual-esata2

For ASrock Alive-dual esata 2 ontop of cpu-list is phenom II x4 with 125 W but the one which i could buy is 140W.

should i avoid the 140W? Would i need a bigger/better cooler but it would not help to get better speed? Thanks

I will get a suitable 965 or 945 which should do for my old dual-core.

Heat pipes on hsf and darn good airflow.
