Until now Tor was installed on Desktop of my winxp-pc. Since i couldnt start i removed it. was not listed in Revo uninstaller.
Then installed newest Tor but this time in programs- folder. in restricted account i cannot open.
What must be done, exclusively being installed on desktop again? thanks a lot
