morpheus update not working -please help

I just recently downloaded morpheus w/ new broadband at home and it's not working. I downloaded the .exe that creates morpheus directory on my computer, but when I open morpheus and try to search for anything, it prompts me to run automatic update because it says my version is old. When I click yes, it appears nothing happens and then after a minute or so, a window comes up that says "could not create e:\morpheus.exe" (e:\ is where all my morpheus stuff is).

I would have checked morpheus help, but that doesnt work either.

Try uninstalling Morpheus and then reinstalling it. If you are sure you have the most up to date version (think it is 1.33).

Have moved over to eDonkey which gives me more hits and now only seldom go back to morpheus.
