Bug in the new forum?

Some threads have posts showing up in the wrong order according to their time-stamp. Here's a link to show it:

http://www.sysopt.com/forum/showthre...threadid=33351

Thought it was my computer, but it seems like there's a lil' bug here that needs to be resolved.

Yeah, I've notice that too. Not cool when you have a serious question and it's gets buried somewhere down the page....

Have either of you adjusted your time settings in the user control panel?

I believe this may occur when members post with the wrong time offset.

When you notice this, make a mental note of the user who is out of order and see if there is a pattern?

Ok, I've set my time zone under the user cp.

The time-stamp error doesn't make sense, even if it's an error with the time-zone, right? Threads are shown in the wrong order of time. I don't think this has something to do with your time-zone? Hope you guys can check it out.

I think that's just because the top 2 threads are sticky (they remain at the top regardless of time/date till they are made unsticky).

I have seen one thread where someone's reply appeared above the first post. I just figured it's a result of the switch and will only affect a few old threads

NOT A BUG

Please take NOTE....The top 2 threads in your picture have a notation that says "STICKY"

Sticky...allows us with Moderator or Admin privs to "Stick or Nail" a thread to the Top so it doesnt get lost. Usually done on Important informational threads

The forum has not had the correct time as long as I've been here. It's always a few minutes off.. hmmm wonder if I'm compulsive about something?

Oopps. Sorry. My mistake. Didn't know what the sticky meant (I'm new to vbb forums)

So erm... the thread I linked to in my first post still has its posts garbled up.

How about the "rate this thread " feature? I just noticed it and voted on a thread. There is no rating showing anywhere that I can see. Is this just being implemented?

Maybe voting on threads only counts when they are indeed cool. So, please, tell me which threads are cool so that I can vote on them accordingly. Then again, there might just have to be a certain number of votes for it to start to show an average.
