Windchime?

I dragged a bare fan lead across a small section of my mobo and it won't post now, I see no physical damage..... is it purely ornamental now? Also, any feedback on the Epox kx133 boards?

Ouch! It's likely a small amount of the smoke that makes it go has leaked out. Look very closely at all the tiny surface mount components. All of the same type should look alike. Slight discoloration is your target. Sometimes a replacement does not have to be the exact value, just the type ... Capacitor, Resistor, Inductor, Diode. Inductors seem the most vulnerable to overcurrent failure.

A test using a different PS also is indicated, but the damage more likely is on the board.
