They have pictures of the cable ends so you can match them up. The prices are resonable and you can ask questions (that get answered) before you buy.
Sounds like the Fujitsu MO230 has a centronics connector (looks like a printer connector) and the Iomega has a micro DB50 or DB68 (smaller/thinner than a serial connector, but wider for more pins). Count the pins on the Iomega. Check for male or female ends.
Be sure that when you cable them together, the last device is terminated, not both (or neither) of them.
