SAH agent - ? an interloper?

A youngster was on my mochine yesterday and all of a sudden, when navigating and selecting sites through My Favourites, I get a 'Twang" noise and a red no entry sign on the screen instead of a cursor.
I don't know what it is but I clicked on it and a screen message came up that
"SAH agent has encountered a problem and would have to close"
Is it a nasty or has the kid got some ruddy spy program embedded into my computer?
Help appreciated as to what this SAH thing is. I want to pay some bills on-line
I've run NAV.
Doc

SAH agent.

Bassman: I've run adaware and left ad watch running. That picked up an intrusion and presumably stopped it but it hasn't gone completely so i'm going to follow baddog next, print out the full monty from pestpatrol and get down into the registry. (always remembering to back up it first!)
Let you know at the weekend wot 'as 'appened.

What should I do with it. I don't understand what it is/does.

SAH agent.

Well chaps, I've done it all and it seems to have worked!
Brilliant as ever.
I alrteady have the full versions of Adaware, Mailwasher & adwatch as well as Norton AV. I have a broadband connection with a Router which I was assured acts as a firewall for my 3 machine network, I also have Norton personal firewall if I need it.
Any other suggestions to keep my computer virginally fresh???
Bear in mind that I'm in my mid-seventies and happy with it but not the quickest study.
Docusk.

I am using the Windows default firewall. Is it enough to block off those threats?

No you can still get spyware fairly easily even with a firewall.
