need help blocking out goin data

i have zone alarm pro and i was wondering if any1 know how to block outgoin data for all or just one program but still allow it to dl from the internet. if it is not possible can any1 reccommend a software tat will do so.

Usually the program itself has a setting to control u/l or d/l . ZApro can block ports the program uses , but that would block all from using those ports.
