Recommended fan

I have a AMD 1.2ghz t-bird. Right now I have a ThermalTake Volcano II installed on it.

Over the holidays some family stayed with us and one did some aerobics in my computer room. Ever since then, the fan sounds like an airplane turbine. Usually after a reboot it's normal for a few minutes then goes back to the awful sound. I figure it was knocked loose or something, I don't know. It had light dust build up on so i get rid of that, but it didn't help.

I'm going to take it off and re-sit it, but since it was always a little too loud for me anyway I just want to replace it. So could someone recommend a quiter fan to purchase Something in the $25 or less range.
