Cooling for XP2100 Thoroughbred

Howdy!

Wondering if anyone could recommend a cooling solution for XP2100+ Thoroughbred and the following system:
-Mobo ECS K7S5A
-256M DDR
-Enermax PSU 350W
-1 HD
-1 DVD player
-1 CD player
-Prophet 4500 64M

as you can see my system is not exactly overloaded so my PSU should be able to handle the 2100 ... I think!

Currently running T-bird 1.33GHz with 'basic' Cool Master (rated for 1.4GHz Athlon according to vendor...)
current CPU Temp ~ 40C

I am looking for a low noise solution, easy to install - not really looking to O'Clock this board. But I am worried that I am going to select a fan not rated for the 2100 and my PSU

Any previous experience??

Could get this http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduc...ight+SK%2D6%2B

Then pick the fan you want to put on it.

I like the SK-7 and AX-7 more, but they are more money.
