Little bit of help?

Ok so my new computer is running fine so far....... couple of small problems..........
I've got a ThermalTake Xaser II case, which has a fan control (low medium and high) on the front of it but it doesn't seem to work at all I've been using SpeedFan and the RPM is set around 3000 on Fan1 and the othe two fans don't show up...... problem is I've got 5 fans in the computer (2 in the rear blowing out, 1 on side blowing in, 1 at the front bottom blowin in, and 1 blowing out on the harddrive) and those dont' show up......... as far I can tell all are working......... side one is, back 2 are and at least one of the front one is........ but I'd like to overclock a bit and I don't want the temperature to get too high........ it's about 31.2 when i'm just doing normal net surfing and about 38 when gaming load........ keep in mind nothing overclocked.

So my question is how can I fix this? There was one set of cables coming from the front that I didn't know where to plug in (hehehe oops) there is about 7 or 8 of them and there tiny little rectangle shaped but I can't find anywhere to plug them in.......... any advice?

Thanks!

Are the other fans spinning? Are they spinning at the same speed as the one detected?

All the fans are spinning , I can't tell if all are at the same speed, they seem to be but the only one that shows up under speed fan is the power one.
