Windows Explorer properties...

Just got my new system up and running with Ultimate7 64bit. I went to modify my Windows Explorer properties and I can't find where to do it. I use to right click on the WE and select properties and I have a string I put in so that when i open WE it takes me to an expanded view of my C drive.

I've been looking for a couple hours now and I can't find squat about it.

Anyone got a helpful hint or can point me in the right direction?

Thanks guys!!
