New CPU material ???

I wonder if the concept of using LI-900 material to make CPU's has ever come up with CPU manufactures. How would you like a CPU that could handel temps as high as 2200F.
Any one out there work for Intel or AMD?
You ask what is LI-900?
The stuff the thermal tiles on the space shuttle are made of.

Well I guess they would have to incorporate a conductive material into the original mix, the same way they do now with silica and turn it into an electronic grade material.
