AGP Card or AGP Port problem ?

After a regular reboot with XP my computer didnt start again (and had 4 beep). Tried few things and finally i found : i exchanged my AGP video card Matrox Millenium G400 with a Matrox Mystique PCI and it worked...
So my question is now : is my AGP card dead or my AGP port dead (so my motherboard...)?
(i dont have any other AGP card nor another computer with AGP port to test)
Has somebody a clue to help me ?

G400s will occasionaly loose thier BIOS.
Look on Matrox's website here:
http://matrox.com/mga/support/driver.../ftp_util2.cfm
Get the resetbios utility from this page, and follow the instructions in the readme.
