can't change Pocket sized document back to normal

I have encountered this problem a couple of months ago. After typing using Word 2000 or any other text programme, when I decide to print the document out, it seems that the printed document is a pocket size document. I can't seem to get the printed document into the original A4 size scale. Any ideas on how to get it back to normal? Help needed. Thanks!

by the way, I am using Canon BJC 255SP printer.

try changing your printer settings so taht the paper is the correct size. if its only happening in word, try changing it in there, at page setup
