Need help in the following.

What I would like to do is to have two hard drives connected to the 2 different connectors and use the BIOS to determine which drive is enabled/disable for boot up.

Email me at anthony_cheng@hotmail.com

Thanks.

If you have a standard board with out raid. What you want to do can't be done. With a raid board I am not sure. If you have SCSI drives you can tell it to boot from any drive.
Do a search for a Romtec Trios hard drive seclector at www.newegg.com this something you might want to look at. The only other option is to setup a dual boot.

the easiest way to do that is to go the the bios setup and select the first boot device.

if u have new award boards with flash bios u can update ur bios. after updating some of the boards ask for the boot device when u press ALT + F2
simple

or u can get some handy apps which enable u to create a boot menu search for them at http://www.download.com
