I'm planning on BIULDING a tower on budget. I don't want it too expensive. I already have a IBM 10 Gig HDD, a 40x CD-ROM, and a Voodoo3 3000 PCI. Please Help!!!!! I want a Duron or Tbird 700.
Planning on around 450... maybe less.

Here:

Check out PriceWatch.com (http://www.pricewatch.com/) .

Also, be sure to check down in the User to User forum (http://sysopt.earthweb.com/cgi-bin/forum/forumdisplay.cgi?action=topics&forum=User+to+User,+Biz+to+Biz,+Product+Exchange&number=13&DaysPrune=5&LastLogin=) to see if anyone is selling what you need, and also check the Steals and Deals forum (http://sysopt.earthweb.com/cgi-bin/forum/forumdisplay.cgi?action=topics&forum=PC+Steals+and+Deals&number=10&DaysPrune=5&LastLogin=) to see if anybody has some good deals on what you need.

Good luck on your new system!

There are also alot of places that have great "barebone" systems for the rest of your parts to plug and go. Like one of my favorite places to drool is mwave.com's barebones good deal except I find there "housebrand" memory less than awesome.I have used them to build 2 save the parts type systems for work and they are chugging along just fine.
