BIOS HELP PLEASE

Hi I am having trouble flashing my bios I keep getting a "no sourse file" error what does this mean

Hmmmmm, this sounds like it can`t find the new file to flash your BIOS with. You usure you got the right filename?

Don`t forget the extension of there is one. *.*** etc.

More specific info would be handy......

Make sure that you have extracted the exe by running it. Usually extracts a *.bin file.
