If you could be of any assistance, please lemme know any of your experiences with mail order, internet order computer companys offering full systems. I prefer to build my own, but if you cannot, try and find someone that will do it just to make sure you get the best system possible.

Systemax (Global Computer) just got great reviews in PC World for their sub-$100 PC's. A friend of mine just got one of their machines (not a sub-$1000 model) so we opened it up and took a look around. All industry standard parts (ATi video, SB 128, Gigabyte MB, 3COM NIC, don't remember what else). He did say that the person he spoke to on the phone warned him of longer delivery times right now (something about a huge sale of machines to one of the home shopping channels slowing down production) so if you're not in a rush to have the machine in your hands, give them a try... www.globalcomputer.com (http://www.globalcomputer.com)
