Hi MixMasterFlame welcome to sysopt community:)
Its seems that it is a PII 350 Mhz system haveing i400BX/ZX or somthing similar chipset. So lets do the procedure acording to that only.
First and the more safe way to overclock is through BIOS as it is Failsafe. It means we can resume to original setting in seconds. Enter in the BIOS by pressing DEL key. Here you can find CPU Clock/Voltage setting. Enter in it here you will see something like 3.5x100=350/x.xv. Here 3.5 is the clock multiplyer, 100 is the FSB of your CPU and motherboard and x.xv will be the voltage aroud 2.5v.
Start changing the clock multiplyer from 3.5 to 3.75 or 4.00 this will give you a speed od 375 or 400 respectivly. And so on on higher clock speed. Second thing is changing the votage increase it to 3.0 or similar in slow incremental and see the cahnge in clock speed there.
The secong case is risky as worng setting can ruin you CPU. You can even try changing the FSB of the CPU to 103, 112, 124 or 133. You will see the increasing clock speed.
If you don't have CPU Clock/Voltage setting. Goto chipset setting here you will see the last option as on right side as CPU Host/PCI Clock. It may be set @ default. Start changing it to 103/34, 112/33 and similar. here 103 or 112 is the FSB.
Increase it by rule by taking last two digits a % i mean 112 means 12%. So when you set it to 112 there is an increase of 12% in clock speed.
Increase it to 103 Save the settings. Computer will restart itself. See the clock speed while Booting. if it is increased iam sure it will. Run the computer for atleast 30min and run the heaveist aplication you have. See any unstabilty or BSOD. if there is any then go back to original setting through BIOS if not the again increase the clock speed and run the PC fo 30min. And see if its working safely.
If you increase the clock speed and PC does not boots. the simply open you cabinet remove the batteries and restore it after 1min. Default setting will be back.
If speed is not increasin then please let me know. As the you have to change it through your jumpers. PLease let me know the results.
One Word of Caution this is a thing where risk is involved so see all you fans r working fine and the is proper cooling and air flow. Nothing is obstructing the ait flow if CPU. tie the cables of HDD, FDD or CDROM so there is no mess. Try it. You will love it.
Bye Happy Computing

Enter in the BIOS by pressing DEL key when booting begins in Award BIOS. I mean when it checks the RAM show the speed of CPU or in short the first screen.. Some other BIOS use F1 key. Well the key will be indicated ther on the first screen. Press pause key at that time to read it properly.

I've had that system before and with the SE440BX-2 you CAN NOT change the FSB in the Bios well in mine atleast....Anyways I got it upto 466Mhz with a 133Mhz FSBx3.6=466 :) I used CPUFSB It worked well :) Just trying to help....
